Looking Forward to Saturday!

Well, I haven't blogged in several days. Some days I just really don't have much to say, you know? But, I have been doing good with my training the last few days. After Saturday's run I was afraid my shins were going to really hurt. 7 miles is a freakin' long way to run!! :-) But, I actually felt strong afterwards and my shins have been doing o.k. I'm still icing and taking Ibu, but I really don't think I need to worry. I just came in from doing my 30 minutes X-Training on the Life Cycle.

I'm really looking forward to Saturday. I think it's gonna be a lot of fun. Not sure what the weather will be like--hot I'm sure. :-) We need rain but I'd rather it wait until we're finished to start.

Well, I hope the rest of the week is good for everyone. See you all Saturday.

"Attitude ... is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than success, than what other people think, say or do. It is more important than appearance, gift, or skill... The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... The only thing we can do is play on the string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes."
