Today was another crazy day at work. There's so much to do and of course everything is "top priority." Yesterday, I came home and ran 50 minutes on the treadmill--about 4.5 miles. I felt really strong when I finished. On Monday, my legs were a bit achy so I was concerned that my run yesterday would be difficult. But, it wasn't. I'm really happy with my progress.
Today I came home and mowed the lawn. I knew it was a cross-training day, but my yard was looking pretty bad. So, I decided to cross-train by pushing a mower around the yard. :-)
I'm really looking forward to the weekend. See everyone Saturday!

Glad to see you got your blog on CinCha. Good job poking Pam to quit lurking, too. Anyway I added you to the google reader once I saw you had commented to runswithsandy....Mowing is great XT/walking, actually. I put my ipod/nike pacer on and found out I had walkedd 2.5 miles mowing front and back yards. I don't have a really big yard, either. Of course, my pace was slow....keep up the good blogging.....cg
